As one of the largest European football publishers, Adversport Régie’s flagship brand, Foot Mercato, helps them reach more than 20M football fans each month. “Our goal is to provide free, high quality football news to people across the globe,” says Managing Director Aurélien Le Floch. “Our sites share football news and updates with a wide range of fans. Whether you’re a hardcore fanatic or a casual watcher, we’ve got content for you.”

Outside of Foot Mercato, Adversport Régie runs a suite of digitally-native football websites including,, Kick11 and - their content is so popular amongst fans they’ve also garnered over 2M subscribers on YouTube.

An assist from ads

To reach their dedicated fan base, the Adversport Régie creates ad-supported content. “One of the first and most important decisions that we made was to partner with Google on our advertising and monetization strategy,” says Aurélien.

“We were previously using another ad platform that was really difficult to work with,” Aurélien remarked. “And I chose to switch to Google Ad Manager in 2017, it was totally worth it. Google has the best products in this space and the best support team – our account management team was there to help us every step of the way.”

Today, Adversport Régie uses Google Ad Manager to support their ad serving, audience measurement, and programmatic advertising. And the team has seen strong results, “after one year of partnering with Ad Manager, our revenue had grown by 10%. I believe Google will continue to be a valuable partner to us going forward,” says Aurélien.
